When you’re a Skeptic, you have to SEE stuff before you BELIEVE them. Depending on your field, that can actually be a good thing, but not everyone will agree. When it comes to analysis, you do have to see what Works and what doesn’t.
Optimization only comes AFTER thorough analyses, because you can’t improve on something you know nothing about, right? Once you get the hang of it, you’ll realize that these two are INTER-DEPENDENT and form a core cycle for Growth.
