How We Started

Drunk on Social started as a video-specific group, but shifted to cover a broader scope of content, built around all things Social Media. Our passion for Social Media, and specifically staying current and out ahead on all platforms, created the concept around sharing with business owners of all kinds. As Social Media has created incredible successes & opportunities for our businesses, we want to share the same successes with our audiences so that you, too, can write your own success story!

Meet Tristan Ahumada

Tristan Ahumada became ‘Rookie of the Year’ at Century 21 at age twenty-four, his first year in the Real Estate business. He is now in the top 1% of all Real Estate Agents in the U.S.

Tristan also created LabCoat Agents in 2014 as a Facebook group and has grown the popular Social Media page to over 137,000k+ members.

He is the CEO and founder of A Brilliant Tribe, an online community builder and Social Media strategy company.

Tristan strives to help people throughout the world as a Fortune 500

consultant, leadership and growth coach, and a People editor for Success Magazine.

Meet Jeff Pfitzer

Jeff Pfitzer is a Regional Vice President for USA Mortgage, a 20-year veteran of the industry, has Real Estate franchise ownership experience, and has never been a “typical” Lender.

Jeff’s focus in the mortgage industry has always been around creating a competitive advantage for his businesses thru differentiating marketing tactics by focusing on delivering high level content and value to their Realtor partners. His expertise has evolved into one focusing on video & social media branding & marketing and he has become a Leader in the industry. These skills have created an attraction from many industry Leaders and is the driving force behind Jeff’s current affiliation & role with Lab Coat Agents, Social Coach, Club Wealth Coaching, Ylopo, and has led to some of his current roles as primary host of the LCA podcast, co-founder of the Drunk on Social Facebook group & podcast, and Emcee & Speaker at many industry events.

He was awarded as a top 30 video Influencer across the USA & Canada by BombBomb in 2019. Additionally, Jeff partnered with the Business Video School to bring a much-needed curriculum to the Real Estate world, teaching Professionals how to do more video.
